This week we got together for the 2nd year to put corn up for the Winter.... I always forget how easy it is and how much better it tastes! I wanted to share!!
The guys shucked the corn, we cut it off the cob.
Cooked for 2 minutes in the water/sugar/salt. Place pot of corm in ice bath to cool down and the divided up into Ziplocs and freeze. Easy Easy!! (I noticed the recipe is cut off in pic collage so I have added picture of original recipe below. Will replace pic later!!
